Stress Management

Stress affects many people in different ways and the causes are widespread. It can be related to any area of your life – work, personal relationships, family – the list is endless. It may be caused by a single event or often by a build up of issues over a period of time. It is also the case that what causes stress in one person doesn’t necessarily affect another person. There is no right and wrong and suffering from stress is nothing to be ashamed of. Triggers for stress can include;

  • Lack of motivation at work
  • Difficulties in a marriage or other personal relationship
  • Finding it hard to relax
  • Not having clear direction in your life
  • Death or major illness of someone close to you

The underlying issue is not being able to cope with the situations you are faced with. This is a result of running the negative emotions of anger, fear, sadness, guilt or hurt and anxiety in your subconscious mind without you necessarily being consciously aware of them. Coaching using the powerful interventions of NLP will determine the root causes of the stress and eliminate them surprisingly easily.
